Welcome Back!!!

Made in Kingston is an event specifically designed to showcase makers and artisans who work, live or create in the City of Kingston; as such we only accept vending applications from those who currently work, live or create in the city of Kingston.  Limited space available. Applications accepted on a first come first serve basis.

 

EVENT DATE: December 5th  (3pm-8pm)

LOCATION: Kingston YMCA 507 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401

VENDOR FEE: $70.00 (additional fees for table and electricity)

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 11/15/24 – EXTENDED!

There is no application fee, but full payment is due at the time of application. Anyone not accepted will receive a full refund within two weeks of the application deadline. Reasons for non-acceptance are: Vendor is not based in Kingston, not handmade items, or spaces have filled up.

BOOTH SPACE:

Vendors will be assigned an 8-foot-wide space. An 8-foot table and chair are available upon request. You may not exceed the 8-foot table space in any manner, including racks, displays, and signage. Anything jutting into the walkway in front of your assigned space or the passage between you and your neighbor (even if they agree) will need to be removed. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation so we can accommodate all our vendors and customers!

 LOCATION, SET-UP & BREAKDOWN:

Check-In and unloading will be via the side entrance on Pine Grove St., and the main entrance in the YMCA parking lot. You MUST check-in before unloading!! Volunteers will help direct you to what space is assigned to you for the event. Once you are shown to your table, please unload and move your car before setting up. Check-in begins at 11:00 am and will be staggered to accommodate the volume of vendors in attendance. Please refer to your confirmation email for your Check-in time. Vendors must be fully set up before the 3pm start time. Break-down begins after the event closes at 8:00 pm. Please do not break down your booth before the event ends at 8pm. Fold your table and bring to the designated area.

PARKING:

Vendors may leave their vehicles for 10 minutes at the entrance to unload. Vendors will need to remove their vehicle immediately after unloading and park in the designated vendor parking area. No exceptions! There will be a volunteer to direct you to vendor parking. Handicapped parking will be available for those with a permit.

Those vendors parking in areas other than those designated will be towed.
